What data we process

This website has no forms of its own and installs no tracking cookies. We do not collect personal data directly when you browse it.

If you book a table, the data you enter is processed by the DISH booking system (Metro Markets GmbH), acting as data processor, solely to manage your booking.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you provide in order to answer your query.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is performance of the requested booking, and your consent in the case of enquiries. Data is kept for as long as needed to deal with them and thereafter for any applicable legal periods.

Cookies

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The maps and the booking system load from external services that may set their own cookies when you interact with them; that only happens on the pages where they appear.
